Recently spent the weekend in London, the staff at the Assembly was very welcoming and friendly during our stay. The location was great, can walk to tons of pubs, cafes and tourist spots. Tube stop at the end of the street for easy access to other part of the city. Rooms were small but manageable for 2 people for a shorter stay. Did not eat at the roof top restaurant/bar but did go up to see and had a great view of the city and was decorated very nicely. Would stay here again for the location and price point.

Rooms are clean, staff is friendly and can't beat the location. Was able to check-in early. Booked a non-window room. Had an open availability and has already upgraded us to a room with a window. Had a great view. Rooms are small and there is no TV with a Full size bed. If that matters to you, but too much to see, do and eat that worked perfectly for us.

Great location! Everything is very close at hand. The room was small, but it is exactly as was shown in the photos, and all that I needed. The staff are very helpful, especially the manager. He really goes out of his way to help and to make you feel comfortable. The rooftop restaurant/bar is a hidden gem, with spectacular views. Definitely a great place to stay!

In the heart of London's bustling chaos, just a mere 3 minutes from Trafalgar Square, we stumbled upon a hotel that played the role of a tranquil oasis amid the urban frenzy. Its strategic location allowed us to seamlessly retreat and rejuvenate between the ceaseless exploits of the city. The staff, an attentive bunch, exuded friendliness without the pretentious smiles. An encounter with a rebellious stomach found them swift and professional, orchestrating a discreet and seamless cleanup operation without batting an eyelash. Our abode, though petite, boasted a snug coziness that made it feel like a home away from home. Equipped with everything one could need, the room's cleanliness was a testament to the meticulous housekeeping team. Perched on the fourth floor, the windows were a sanctuary – a barrier against the auditory onslaught of the city below. Unfortunately, the anticipated rendezvous with the rooftop bar remained unfulfilled, as an unexpected bout of illness kept me confined to the room. Yet, the silver lining lay in the fact that the hotel became a comforting haven during this turbulent time. In the spirit of adventure, it's not always about the grand vistas or swanky amenities; sometimes, it's the small comforts and understanding faces that etch a place into your memory.

The location is perfect, really close to everything you want to see and do. The staff is super helpful, and really do a great job. The bathrooms in the rooms are small, but well designed with nice features. The rooms are small. I get this is London, but wow the rooms are small. Also, while it is mostly clean, it needs a refresh. The carpet and the walls are starting to show wear. Overall , it's a perfect place to spend a day or two while having fun in the city.
