Thank you for the excellent service provided by the staff at Aston Inn Gideon. Our stay was truly exceptional, starting with a warm welcome from the concierge who promptly took care of our luggage and guided us to the reception where Rifaldi greeted us with a smile. The check-in process was swift, and our luggage was escorted to the room. We met the housekeeper, and all the staff were friendly, always smiling, and very kind. The hotel prioritizes outstanding service And one last thing the breakfast is very delicious. Highly recommended!

The staffs are all really nice! Was asking my mum for tissue but when the staff heard it, she immediately brought it over for us even though we didn’t ask from them! The food is also really good, the breakfast menu isn’t totally the same (the soup and some other dishes varies), so you get to taste different food and each day.

I recently stayed at the Aston Inn Gideon, and I must say I was extremely satisfied with my experience. The staff's service was exceptional, particularly the receptionist with glasses named Egon. He was incredibly polite and friendly, assisting me with all my inquiries and requests throughout my stay. The hotel's location is also very convenient, being close to a food court and a shopping mall. Additionally, the delicious breakfast and immaculately clean rooms made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers.

Room: It was spacious. My 1st time stay and was actually celebrating my post birthday trip; but the only problem is the toilet and was given lower level with not much view, even though has stated high floor when I booked the hotel. Toilet bowl can’t flush properly even after the maintenance person came to rectify it.. Didn’t get the “extra mile” service from the front guest staffs. Disappointed much, no other rooms to change; instead wanted to downgrade me to even lower level with no view at all! Breakfast : Food spread were not bad I must say. Service staffs were nice & friendly. Location: Very good. Walking distance to malls, shops and market. Lots of streets food around the area.
