The girl at the reception was extremely rude. Please teach them to not disparage their possible guests!! I felt very uncomfortable since I entered the reception till we decided to go and find another place to stay. I guess they jugde people by their looks, because they were looking at us like we were begging for a room, they even told us to go check another hotel that was cheaper. But thank god they did, cause we found Belgravia Hotel, right next to Astors, and they were super kind!! Rooms are clean and they keep your luggage safe. We recommend Belgravia, not Astors...

Perfectly decent midrange hotel. Rooms are small but bathrooms upgraded. Hotel is let down by very poor breakfast and rather poor service from the staff member looking after breakfast service.

Very nice and cozy hotel close to Victoria station, the staff was attentive and helpful, my room was clean and with good temperature, breakfast was also good. Thank you.

If I could give it a negative rating for service I would. My mother in law is blind and the stairs are absolutely treacherous! They stuck her at the top of the stairs and would not change abominations for her. We called ahead to see if we could get breakfast a little early as we had a tour starting before breakfast was served. I called to see what they could do. If the answer was no it would have been fine we would have bought stuff. We were told no problem we could come and grab stuff 15 minutes prior to breakfast being ready. We were counting on it. We'll the person at the desk couldn't be taken away from his youtube watching to accommodate us. Not a good place to stay. Our room was in the basement with stair wells that a mouse would have a hard time navigating. Let alone a 6'3" with a large suitcase. Not worth it. Service is horrible.
