Depends on the owner of the flat. If you are lucky you will rent pretty clean and fresh appartment. But there are also rusty/crushed flats. Pool sometimes not so clean, especially in the second part of the day.

Owner failed to respond to messages and didn't answer their phone before we arrived. On arrival at this huge complex containing 1100 condo units, we had no idea where to go, as no apartment number was given and the various guards to the blocks knew nothing as short term lets are not allowed. The owner eventually arrived late and found us, he gave 1 key between 3 of us. The apartment was badly in need of renovation as drawers and cupboards didn't close, the walls were dirty, the fridge leaked, showering flooded the toilet, The free tea and coffee consisted of 1 coffee stick. These people rent the apartment themselves and then sublet at a profit. It was so bad we checked out 2 days early. They never responded to our EMAIL asking for instructions on what to do with the key. They have zero interest in renters, just their money. This review refers to apartment 204 which now ranks as the second worst placed I have ever stayed in 40 years of vacationing.

Great appartement complex! 2 km from Jomtien Beach, 7/11 next to the enterance. We had a very different experience from the other reviews here. We stayed in building B. The rooms were spacious with al amenities. Very clean too! We were talking about how clean the swimming pool was. It's the most beautiful pool I ever saw, with rocks, palmtrees, sun beds, whirlpools, a pirate ship and waterfalls. We absolutely loved it here! Check in and check out go via Line. So quick and easy! And there are safeguards at the enterance and in every building.

** Dont take your children here ** We were supposed to stay for 6 nights at this place, we took our children (2, 6 and 9 years old) to the swimming pool on our first day and after a couple of hours they started coughing very badly. One of my sons even had a big red rash on his chest. When we went back to the flat i also had really bad cough and i only stayed in the water for around 30 mins... The water was really salty and the pool was extremely dirty. There was rust on the slide and felt like it was going to fall apart. We slept one night and decided to leave the next day. When looking at the reviews of this place on the internet, a few people have had the same kind of problems and i would definitely not recommend. It is dangerous for children. The buildings are dirty and not maintained. Electronic wires were hanging everywhere. A maintenance hatch was left open for a long time, any child could fall into it. Our worst experience in Pattaya.
