We stayed for 4 nights in October. It was centrally located in Athens and a few blocks from Monastiraki Square. It was in a great location where restaurants, shops, and public transportation are close by. We walked everywhere to major sites since the traffic is horrible. We ate dinner in restaurants close by. We arrived in the morning and our room got cleaned early & they let us check in. Our room was standard yet had a balcony where we can see the Acropolis. It was on a busy street and with the patio door closed, we were not bothered by the street noise. The hotel is a little outdated yet everything was clean, comfortable, and classy. The towels had embroidered hotel name. Each floor had a lounge. The staff were nice and friendly. The breakfast was very filling and they offered a variety of food and drinks. The staff makes sure that the buffet items are filled and the area clean. We loved the rooftop bar for sunset drinks, and the drinks are reasonably priced. The female bartender is very friendly. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again.

Great location and only 350m from the central train station. A roof top bar with well-made cocktails and a view of the acropolis on the northern side. Great place to relax after a long trip. Great place to eat just up the road with 3.50 gyros, which are absolutely amazing. Get there early as tables run out quickly. It's a 15 min train ride to the port if your heading to any Greek islands.

This is an awesome hotel. Not huge. Staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are decent size, rooftop bar is great, breakfast buffet is perfect to start your touristing day on. Location is amazing. Acropolis view from our balcony. Quiet but right down the street from the Monistiraki metro line. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Attalos Hotel is located in central Athens, walking distance to Monastiraki Square, metro station, the Flea Market and the Acropolis. We had an amazing view of the Acropolis from the balcony of our room as promised. The view of a lit up Acropolis from the Rooftop Garden was absolutely stunning! The rooms were clean, roomy and had all the basic amenities. Service was warm, friendly and always friendly. Attalos is definitely the perfect place to stay if you want to be walking distance from countless restaurants and cafes and sightseeing locations. We will definitely be back again on our next visit to Athens.
