Great hotel location wise, very close five minute walk from termini train station where you can get direct links to airport and metro. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Hotel rooms are very dated (we’re talking early 80s decor!) but beds are comfortable and the air con works well so a very good night’s sleep. Rooms are quiet but very dark as we were facing into courtyard and tall buildings all around. Breakfast is lovely and plenty of choice. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We stayed there only for one short night, but we’ll definitely want to return and stay at the hotel for a longer time. Its high-tech beds are fabulous. The hotel room is comfortable. We chose the hotel due to its proximity to to the Termini Station.

I recently had a pleasure of staying at Augusta Lucilla Palazzo . From the moment I walked through the doors , the front desk ( Giovanni) greeted me with warmth and friendliness. Toiletries were thoughtful selection .The location is also worth mentioning, making it convenient for exploring the surrounding area and attractions.Thank you for making my visit truly enjoyable . I look forward to returning in the future

Hotel is in a fairly good location but rooms are quite dated. Our toilet would not flush, air con did not work half the time and most concerning the shower constantly flooded and mold was present on the bathroom door. For £100 a night I would have expected a much better experience. Breakfast was very expensive at £15 per person per day - better quality coffee and food could be found next door for 6 euros.
