We were in batumi for a sports competition, the experience at this hotel was terrible. Half of the stuff in our room was broken (for example: shower handle, bathroom door, the door to the room itself), the bedsheets weren't clean. When we complained to the stuff about it they didn't let us switch rooms and only tried to fix the shower. Food wasn't really good, and they didn't have many options to choose from, not during breakfast, or lunch, or dinner. Shortly before we had to leave for the airport they decided to blame a few members of our team for breaking a window that they clearly weren't able to break due to the window being really heavy and impossible to move. We managed to show that the window was already broken in a photo that we took during the first day but still had to pay for it, otherwise we could've missed the flight home. Not to mention the staff, that were being extremely rude about it and it was clear by their behaviour that the thing with the window was a setup.

I was in batumi for a competition with our national team. Our experience at the hotel wasn’t very good! A lot of things in the hotel room were broken. The stuff hasn’t changed our sheets once, during the 6 days we stayed there. The food is ok, isn’t the best… In this hotel was also the national team of Kazakhstan. We were the only residents in this hotel at the time. And one day we finished our competition late, they didn’t wait for us with dinner even tho were asked to wait. And finally on our check out day, we checked out at 12 pm, Left our luggage in a certain room in the hotel, and went on a trip. When we got back to the hotel for our luggage, it was already time to leave to the airport. The staff waited and caught us when we are on our way to the bus and accused us of breaking a window in one of the rooms. We tried to prove that it wasn’t us, but we were already very late to the airport, we had one hour left to the departure. So eventually our team leader paid the fine (750 lari) so we would be able to get on the plane. It was a clear scam. They called to the police, which wasn’t even wearing a normal uniform just a T-shirt with the caption “police” on the back. So generally, I wouldn’t recommend to stay in this hotel.

Most heartwarming and beautiful hotel i have ever seen. Staff was amazing! Served with a smile and pleasure. Every guest for them is a blessing! Rooms are very comfortable and clean with a great service. Staff will take care of you very professionally. I was served the most delicious Adjarian Khachapuri in whole Batumi. Food there is amazing. They immediately invited me to the Cafe to try their delicous coffe and Adjarian desserts. Location is amazing only few meters from the sea. Everything about this hotel amazed me despite the fact that they opened their doors only about a month ago! I want to thank them for the service and I want ro wish them good luck!
