The overall impression is good. The staff are nice. The room was clean and it was ready when we checked-in. The location is ideal and the view from the Hotel is mind-blowing: The Alps. Walkable distance to funicular railway, bus stop, supermarket, Xmas markets etc. Now the areas where the improvements needed are, 1. The bathroom door: it has no lock. 2. The linens: One of the linens was dirty. 3. The welcome experience: Even though the receptionist was nice, we had to ask for the Innsbruck welcome cards, wifi details and the free welcome drink specifically.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. Spacious rooms, comfortable bed, breathtaking views and impeccable service. Probably one of the best hotels in Europe in terms of hospitality. Will definitely be back, when I visit Innsbruck again.

Nice rooms, clean, close to the center. But the worst dinner which my colleagues and I have ever had. A two hour experience where we ordered dinner and were told us after 45 minutes that the food had run out. We ordered a new one and after next 30 minutes, another waiter came to say that the ordered food had also run out. We ordered a third, which was delivered after another 40 minutes. However, my colleague received a completely different meal than he ordered. During this time, the waiter only came once to ask if we had something else to drink. Due to the fact that 3 waitresses took turns at our table, there was a problem with payment. None of the waiters knew who ate and drank what. On the bill were the meals we ordered and finished. In the end, the colleague was charged for an extra drink, which he did not drink at all. Thanks to this experience, our group will avoid this place on our next business trip.

We recently stayed at this hotel over Christmas. The hotel is quite nice with a great location, but I feel they could improve greatly on the service. For any first time visitors to Innsbruck, please note that you are entitled to a Welcome Card which includes free travel on most buses and trains in the area and discounts on cable cars and activites (this is included in the price you pay for the room per night). Unfortunately the front desk staff were not forthcoming with this information, so we had to request it which was fine. But if you haven't visited before you might not know, so please make sure to ask. We had also requested a room with a bath tub which they had said would be fine, but when we checked in it was a room with a shower. Not a huge deal and I'm sure they would have changed it for us had we asked, but a little more attention to these small things by the staff would go a very long way.
