Nice older hotel but updated. Only about 5 minutes from the train station and 10 minutes from Altstadt. Really good breakfast with lots of choices. There is construction directly across the street. We were there on Austria National Day so no work was happening. Could be noisy otherwise.

The hotel is in a top location. Rooms are just the right size, hotel has a long tradition and the genius loci breaths at you. We spent just one night here and had a good night of sleep but we really missed having a small coffee maker in the room. Although breakfast had a lot of variety the taste wasn’t too enjoyable, including coffee. Overall it felt more like a 3 star hotel.

Very nice, cosy and welcoming hotel. Plus points: • Location - 5mins walk to/from train station. 5 to 15mins walk to/from the old town, attractions, shopping and restaurants. • Lots of halal restaurants and groceries nearby • Nice reception area with excellent customer service • Innsbruck card from the hotel - free use of buses and trams • Good and many tv channes • Very good sound proofing • Only 1 pillow per pax and its too soft. Very uncomfortable. • Currently, room facing a building construction site.

Hotel is nice, not the cheapest though. I forgot some clothes in the room and came back later on the same day, but the room service either took them of threw them away and didn't report anything. I would not expect this from a hotel of this price range and I lost not only clothes but also extra 40 min when I returned to the hotel. For parking at the garage you need a reservation up front. I'm always making this request but I suspect the agency we use didn't communicate it to the hotel. They also have outside parking on first comes first served basis, so you have to get there early to have a spot. The area is very busy and driving around is certainly not a greatest experience, but that's not the hotel's fault.
