We were stopping over in Innsbruck to break up what would’ve been a long train journey from Vienna to Zurich. Urban Inn was a clean, modern & stylish stay that far exceeded expectations. We were a family of 4 (adults) and the apartment was large enough to accommodate all of us comfortably. It is walking distance to the old town & train station with many restaurants nearby. Would highly recommend!

The hotel is conveniently accessible from both the train station and bus stops. The room is spacious enough to accommodate two adults and two children. Our stay lasted for two nights, during which we can attest to the presence of all necessary basic amenities, with the exception of a television. Additionally, a pedestal fan was provided to combat the summer heat. The room was clean and appeared to have been recently refurbished, lending to its overall aesthetic appeal. Furthermore, a common locker was available for the storage of luggage in the event of early arrival or late departure.

Nice little place. It's not true that they don't warn you, actually ask and you will be answered. The staircase is small and narrow but nothing too transcendental. The rooms are warm, clean and spacious. Fairly central hotel.
