Beautiful, modern and comfortable facilities, but the showers are very dangerous, because you can slip and there's nowhere to hold. Take care!. Managers, please put more safety in them. Thanks. I saw also few employees in the reception and for cleaning. The night I came, there's no one employee in Reception, only a sign that the person is going to be here soon, but that was not my case. The problem is that they have a lot of goodies, waters and beverages to sell, and you have to be aware of people that can steal them. Finally, Managers, please give a list of the rooms that are going to make the check out per day, to your cleaning employees . You can be in your room until 11:00 am. In our case at 9:00 am, the want to clean the room, but we are preparing to leave. That's not good. Seems that a pressure to leave the hotel. You have a little jewel of hotel, only have to make adjustments to grow and have an excellent image worldwide!. Blessings.

We had a king suite with walk in shower. The room was spotless, the bed super comfy, the shower was awesome. We loved our room. We went to the bar for a nightcap and totally enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff was super. Wonderful experience

Arrived at 5pm on a Friday. The front desk lady was checking people in with her McDonald’s bag and food at the desk. Her interaction with the guests were less than customer centric. Once I got the room key I proceeded to the room. On arrival to the room the bathroom appeared clean. The seat above the refrigerator had something that looked like dried bodily fluid. Then next to the bench by the mirror it looked like dried blood (See photos). I know Savannah was known for their haunted houses and ghost but I was wondering which Steven King novel I was in. I proceeded back downstairs and three people were having a conversation behind the desk. I paused and after not being attended to, I interrupted the conversation about what they had been doing after work. My room was changed. I went to the room and immediately assessed the areas that were of concern, but I was being over powered by the smell of poop. To those that have given this place a positive review, I wonder what happened to my visit. Perhaps I expect better service and quaility from an IHG property.
