We had a very nice stay. There is a lot to like about this place. Excellent location, close to I-95, the parking lot was very well lit, service provided was excellent and our room could not have been better. Very clean, well equipped and quiet. I highly recommend this hotel as it makes my list for future stays. Five of Five!!!!!!

Steer clear. Pay $20 more dollars for a decent hotel. The room included a pullout sofa which we were using for my daughter. The pullout mattress was filthy dirty. The wifi was awful and unusable. You had to call tech support in India who was no help. Vending machines broken. Roach found in bathroom. When checkout time came, the management was waiting outside my door and seemed annoyed I was cutting it so close to the 11 am checkout. Very awkward.

On the positive side: The breakfast was good Employees were nice Pretty nice location Most of the room was clean On the negative side: The desk drawer was half stained when we got there and seemed wet? It looked as if someone had spilled coffee grounds all over? The water pressure is the worst You rarely get even semi-warm water for the showers (I was there a week and maybe had 2 showers where I wasn't shivering) My fiance and I joked the toilet was haunted because once you flushed it (half of the time) it would repeatedly keep flushing This wasn't in their control but the power was out for a few hours in the middle of the night so it was dark and hot. But we got no reimbursement, discount or anything for it. I later went to the desk to ask what was happening and they explained that an electric pole had to be fixed because someone had crashed their car into it. They had about an hour notice that the power would be completely shut off in order to fix the pole and yet they didn't send out texts, emails, nothing to give guests a heads up. We stayed on the second level and my fiance noticed multiple times he could smell weed. The couch in the room was so stained and gross I refused to even sit on it. Some other guests are loud and rowdy TV remote was broken Wifi didn't work One of the lamps would continously flicker This isn't necessarily bad just weird but there was no fan in the bathroom? Unfortunately this is one of the "better" hotels in the area because most Savannah hotels are a lot worst than this one.
