We checked in at 4am on a road trip traveling with two little girls, we had requested a later check out instead of 11am. We were offered by the front desk a check out of 1pm. I asked if there was a charge and she said no. At 10:40am the manager called the room, waking us with a very unprofessional tone asking us to come to the office immediately to pay a fee of $25 for the late check out. We ended up leaving at 12pm because we were uncomfortable and did not want to be charged. The manager was rude to my husband, but told us we wouldn’t be charged after we had to argue that his employee told us there was no charge The room was clean for what you pay, except the toilet paper had not been changed and the room had a random chair that was shredded to bits, looked like it needed to be thrown out. Also, I was charged two separate charges for the deposit (in total $100) and only received one back. We left the room impeccable, so I’m not sure why only half was returned.

Traveled with family for a destination wedding. Very close to the interstate, lots of dining places in the area. The staff was extremely courteous! We booked 3 rooms, the front desk was very nice and gave us adjourning rooms for 2. I gave 4 stars due to chlorine smell in room, which was most likely due to the pool being a couple of doors down. Overall, great stay.

I was with my family and friends my friend is disabled & in a wheelchair. When she booked the room she requested a wheelchair accessible room with 2 queen size beds. The room was booked then we got there we were informed they don't have a wheelchair accessible room with 2 beds, all of those rooms only have one bed...they charged her the price for that kind of room that she didn't get & never received any portion of her money back. The pool is small for that size of a hotel. The pillows were very thin. And the a/c button was broke in the room that we were in. And the floor collects moisture because of fake wood flooring (maybe plank flooring not sure) so the floors would be wet in the mornings when we got up. So make sure you dint wear socks to bed & put ur feet on the floor in the morning.
