Great place to stay! This B&B was so beautiful! It was an easy check in and check out! The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and technology was up to date! We were so impressed! The breakfast was easy to order and was hot and delicious! We would recommend it to anyone! It was a great stay for the cost and within walking distance of a convenience store and pizzeria! Thank you, Aye Stay!

The design of the hotel is modern and neat, a very new Scottish house. The food and services are lovely. All staff are wearing with smile on their faces. The path to the hotel is very romantic in autumn. I love the red, orange and yellow along the Ness River.

Updates: It's sad to see the host deciding to label not entirely positive reviews as fake. I hope you can accept that some customers may not be entirely satisfied with their stays. This is for all hotels in the world. It's disappointing that the host chose to overlook the positive aspects of the review and stated that it's just because guests not trying to enjoy trips. Customers should not feel attacked for sharing reviews based on their true experiences. Though we are not the only ones who mentioned the issue of thin walls, we still thank you for providing a good stay experience. The breakfast is amazing. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This hotel is budget-friendly with very nice hosts, but the room doesn't hold noise well, we can hear the guests next door very clearly, even though they're not being loud. The walls are thin, and the toilet is small. I am not a light sleeper😀

At £100 a night it’s not really a cheap choice, it’s a proper 4 star hotel rate in city. What you get is a room in a big house. It’s pretty clean and cosy. I had trouble with internet connection which needs to be a given at these day and age. Room light was very dim in my opinion and it was quite hot in the room. Walls are too thin and I woke up both at night when guests came back late and also early morning when they left. Location is not to bad, you get to river side in few minutes. There is limited parking space available, I didn’t have any issues but something to keep in mind for busier days. No chiller in the rooms and no snacks available.
