Rooms were clean but every day, different things were missing from the room each day. First night was the bedside light bulbs which magically appeared second night. Then our small towels disappeared for the last day of our stay. There is no parking on site so be prepared to park by the road side if self driving. Breakfast was ok. Staff were really friendly and nice. Convenient location and wifi was good.

What an absolutely amazing place, lovely rooms, secluded pool area away from the lively area of Karon and the restaurant is phenomenal, the food and service is exceptional. Not only all of this but it is about 50 meters away from Karon beach making this such a great hotel

Overall the hotel was okay. The staff was friendly, the food was very good, the pool was nice, very short way to the beach. But it also had a couple of negative aspects: - room was not the cleanest (dirt in every corner that could be easily removed) - next to the hotel is a smelly canal - sea view was not really a sea view as it was almost completely covered by palms - the fire alarm went of in the middle of the night!! It really ruined recovering from jet lag.
