Excelent hotel in Istanbul! Perfect location very centric, 2min walking for tram, 3min walking to Galata. All in a very quiet location. No noise at all. Rooms are well equipped. Zeynep a perfect host, she helped us a lot wit the visits and explained how to move around the city! Thank you so much.

Got free upgrade to a sea view room. Room was clean and cozy. Staffs were all super friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Location was extremely convenient, 5 mins walk to both Galata Bridge and Galata Tower. You can jump onto T1 tram from the Galata bridge station to go south for famous mosques, old palace and great bazaar. Highly recommend.

Great hotel in the very central Galata area. Minutes away from Galata Tower, and just over the bridge from Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, and other tourist sites (30min walking / 10-15 public transit). The rooms are comfortable, with good AC, blackout shades, and very comfortable bed and pillows. Decor is modern, minimalist, and calming. WiFi works well. Breakfast buffet is cheap and decent. Staff are very helpful and friendly. My only small complaint is that I used the laundry service one day, and my clothes came back still quite damp. Also the power went out a few times during my week stay (I think in the whole neighborhood, due to the summer heat wave). The hotel has a backup generator that turned on immediately, but unfortunately the WiFi was out for several hours and there’s barely any cell signal in the rooms at all.

Amazing service at this hotel. We stayed for 4 nights at the beginning of July and loved it so much we stayed another 3 days on the back end of our trip. Ms. Zeynep is wonderful. She is so kind and really goes out of her way to make you feel like family. With 4 children in tow we needed everything from laundry, to a van ride to the airport, to kid friendly restaurant recommendations. She is helped with it all! Our room had a beautiful balcony overlooking the golden horn - amazing view. I will stay here every time I am in İstanbul.
