Everything was great until the last breakfast. I travelled and gave concerts in 38 countries and I always take a banana and a pear with me from the breakfast to eat on my way back home. However, the man at the breatfast desk, warned me that the banana and the pear belongs to the buffet. First time this happened in my life and it is not a good feeling. NEVER do this again to your customers!

It’s a nice and clean hotel in a v good location of the city, breakfast is v good, reception staff are good but not v friendly. Don’t pay attention to requests which is not nice. Rooms are nice. The view from the roof top is awesome. Lots of takeaways n restaurants nearby

If you are looking for a hotel that have rooftop and good location this is the option for you. However, I like a good service and this is a place that unfortunately left me a my partner far from disappointed. The rooms could be better, is average for the price you pay. If you are coming from the airport take the metro and stop at alameda and take a taxi from there in the app free now, it can cost you from £5-6. Take the most of your time to spend it in the level 10 that is the roof top, the view is breathtaking.
