Spacious, clean, comfortable. Good location. The only thing lacking is the fridge was not filled with cerveza.

Overall good for a short stay, not very expensive. The -: Room not completely clean and bed not very comfortable but there are extra sheets and cleaning supplies. For transport you have to walk 5 minutes for the tram (towards the beach) or metro and the buses are opposite. To go to the center on foot it takes around 25 minutes. Right next door, however, there are useful shops (supermarket, laundromat, hospital). The +: the space, the kitchen and all its equipment perfect for cooking, the host was really adorable, attentive and attentive, I thank her for her kindness! A maid is there to clean every day unless otherwise requested. Quiet overall if your roommates respect the rules in the evening and don't make noise.

Good apartments for your vacation, half an hour from the center and the beach. The cleaning lady was very nice and always helped us when we asked for things. The room (room 5) smelled a little bad when you entered, the apartment is very spacious, modern, it doesn't get 5 stars because the mattress on the extra sofa was dirty and with hair but we managed to clean it
