Great views if you get a room with a view. All rooms cost about $40 a night and some cottages don’t have any view at all… just luck of the draw. The shower has horrible lime rich water… quite a walk from the boat ramp on a big hill. But the view I got was stunning. Cottages are built like cheap American duplexes… they could really do with some aesthetic to complement the natural beauty around.

A bad choice. The majority of rooms are located on the side of a very steep hill. Whilst i am semi fit walking up and down 200 flights of stairs multiple times a day does begin to wear thin. The pool area is disgusting, the pool is full of leaves, branches and rubbish. The tiles are falling off the wall. The rooms were average and shower toilet outdated and barely worked. The view was blocked by trees and bushes. The beach out the front is coned off and looks appealing but is only 400mm deep so no good for swimming. Certainly would NOT stay here or recommend this to anyone.

The location is quite good, u will definitely enjoy your stay there as the beach is just in front of the resort, directly u can access. Room is quite spacious. We had breakfast there and it was good as well. Cons The location is at the end of the beach you have to walk almost 1.5km from the pier to the resort. If you get your room in the hill, again you have to walk so much to go to your room.ours was( 707 A).

This place is one of our worst travelling stay decision. They don’t even deserve 1 star. Wondering, how it’s having any positive reviews. Stinky room, non aired washroom, no shower, salty and rusty tap water, room filled with mosquitoes, such a dull light room( candle lights would be brighter than this room!). Worst pool ever! Fake photos they have updated in their site, it doesn’t look like that! Such a steep hill, trekking every-time you go to your room. Stay away if you have mobility issues. In the night it's extremely scary as lighting is not proper, you will feel like you are climbing stairs in a jungle with no one around. The room amenities are quite outdated with dirty towels, dirty linen sheets and pillow covers. I only liked its beach front seating, but that’s not enough to book a room here. Please avoid if you want a pleasant experience. Please read all the negative reviews and take right decision before booking in a place like this.

Extremely disappointed with my stay in this resort. It is the furthest hotel from the ferry terminal. It has a miserable pool that nobody uses and that is not even cleaned. The “superior villas” are very bad: Sheets and towels not clean. The drain was clogged when we arrived and the bathroom and shower are miserable. Looks nothing like the pictures. When we voiced our concerns to the reception and demanded another room, all they had to say was “we can pay for an upgrade” to get slightly less bad rooms. The bed on the second one was alright with a nice view of the beach. But it remains disappointing.

Ferry Schedule From Mainland: From Phuket to Ko Phi Phi (departing from Rasada Pier) - 8:30 AM, 11 AM, 11:30 AM, 1:30 PM, and 3 PM. From Krabi to Ko Phi Phi (departing from Klong Ji-Lard Pier) - 9 AM, 10:30 AM, 1:30 PM, and 3 PM. Guests must arrive at the pier at least 1 hour prior to departure as schedule may change based on weather conditions. Guests who arrive at Phuket or Krabi airport after 12 PM (noon) will have to stay on the mainland and board the morning ferry to Ko Phi Phi. This property is only accessible by ferry boat, which departs Rassada pier at 11 AM and 1:30 PM. From Phuket International Airport, Rassada pier is about an hour’s taxi ride. Ferry tickets can be purchased at the airport. Guests are advised to book flights that arrive in Phuket early enough to catch the ferry if they wish to arrive at the property the same day. This is a certified Thailand SHA Plus property.
