We also were not going to leave a review but the last comment encouraged me to do so.... I agree with the last commenter, the manager is totally rude and aggressive if confronted by anything....we were going to stay there for 6 months but got out of there as quick as we could (stayed one month). The Cambodian owner is a lady who is very nice and doesn't speak English but her manager is very nasty and mean. Example...most guesthouses offer cleaning sheets and room once a week but they offer every 2 weeks....after 10 days the sheets are filthy but they won't change them even if you ask very nicely...(in the end the rude manager reluctantly agree to change them after 10 days, also they are never full and the cleaning staff laze around looking at their phones all day!). The one bedroom units are all south facing and are so hot the wall is boiling from the sun plus all the heat from the chimney downstairs adds even more degrees to an already hot room (plus really rubbish air-conditioner units)....when we asked the rude manager if he had a better less hot room...he replied 'room not hot' (LOL)....he showed us another equally hot room so we didn't bother changing, he got angry with us and told us to go at the end of the month (we didn't need further encouragement and started looking straight away)...We are now in a fabulous guesthouse with a super Cambodian owner who is so kind and easy-going. On our last day there they come to inspect the room for the deposit.....WOW...the power trip that little horrible manager was on, he asked me where was the light bulb for the light over the bed, when I showed him (I only took it out because the wattage is sooooo bright so only one overhead light is necessary) he DEMANDED very angrily that I get on the bed and put it in myself while he watched nastily on..... This could be a great hotel if it was properly run (get rid of manager for a start), get rid of the massive RATS that run around the pool area (when you tell the manager he laughs)......we are so relieved to be far away from that place.....lots more little incidents but too many to write.....stay away until they figure out how to run the place professionally with a good, kind and decent human running it not that little nasty mean-spirited man. I reluctantly give it one star because I have no other choice.....there are much better options in Siem Reap than this place....sad because it could be such a great hotel with the right management......

Generously sized rooms with good AC. Location is good. We were delighted by the airport pickup that that arranged for us: two motorcycle tuk tuks for our party of 5--a great way to start our visit to Siem Reap and our kids couldn't have been more pleased. We ended up booking those same tuk tuk drivers for a fair price ($25 per tuk tuk) for the following day touring the temples. The hotel pool is nice. There are restaurants, mini marts and attractions (e.g. Pub Street) all within a relatively short walk. We booked the 2 bedroom option and there is tons of room for our family of 4. There is even an en suite laundry machine! (Spin cycle then hang to finish drying).
