The woman at the front desk is the BEST! We got the two penthouses that have HUGE decks. I sat in the hammock looking at the moon over tel Aviv last night, it was magical. We love this boutique hotel.

Tldr: The good: the staff was very friendly, the location is awesome literaly 2 min walk from the Beach line & they gave us a free bottle of wine. But The Bad: rooms are very low maintened, Cleaning issues & breakfast is very basic and missleading. Imo There are better options at that price We had a voucher for a night at one of brown hotels. We chose golden house based on booking reviews & pictures. We wanted to book another night but the price they asked was too high 1500₪ When we got to the location a friendly staff member checked us in to our room. She wasn't very informative and we kindda had to squeeze her for some information regarding check out, break fast, wine bottle that they gave us etc. But over all nice and friendly. Our big disapointment started when we got into the room. They room was in bad shape stains and marks on the walls and curtains. The bath room was worst part. We were very surprise to find and old moldy yellowish disgusting bath curtain. The bath itself was half clogged, full of scratches & and the jet holes filled with yellow gunk. After my wife went out of her shower she put on the bathrobe just to find out the sleeve is full of stains, mold and some hairs that wasn't hers. The breakfast was at the next door Hotel and was very different from the booking pictures. it was kindda basic but OKish. missleading pictures of it at the site. We notified the staff at the check out about everything mentioned above, And I also wrote to their costumer support few weeks ago but they didn't respond. Hope they will read this and improve. range.

Great location - it takes less than a minute to get to beautiful beach. Amazing staff! Masha was the best (thank you for making our stay special - you need to come to Kraków and see the snow) Delicious breakfast and the bed to die for! We will definitely come back! Thanks.

A simple boutique hotel in Tel Aviv like they are now so many to choose from. A old building redone to the minimum, some design features, few facilities , a clean bedroom with a balcony, all this is fine and should be expected from an hotel in Tel Aviv. The highlight of the place is actually in the brown Hotel next door. the Beach house. You need to cross the street in the morning for get to your Breakfast. And this is the real surprise. It is served from 7 to 13h during the week (different hours on Friday and Shabbat) and it is not a buffet but a menu to choose from. The result is in my view spectacular for the price you pay and very enjoyable. I'm not going through every dish but we had 3 breakfasts there and every one was enjoyable and over filling. From the croque madame and the pretzel with salmon to the blintzes and the muesli, every dish we tried, salty or sweet , was tasty and fresh. Even the waitering was fun to watch and it is nice to see all those young people working together in different stations. It is a real pleasure to eat there and I would go back just to enjoy another breakfast early morning before heading to the beach. Recommended
