Meticulous 3star with great amenities. The design and layout are modern and very practical, with great working areas. The greatest pro for me were the staff members, all professional and exceedingly kind. The greatest con were the room doors, which are very heavy and make a lot of noise when being closed. These are opened by card keys, making a loud beep each time. It's a pity that each and every door open or close need to make so much noise. Still, I would definitely recommend

This is the 3rd BED I have stayed in in Chiang Mai. Location is a bit off but room rate also is adjusted accordingly when compared with other BED. It's about a 20min walk from Maya Mall though. As always, room is clean and keeping it's Black & White theme. The bed sheets are very comfortable and smooth. No safe in this BED though. The staff here are fantastic. They work as a team and put on a nice presentation every morning with the breakfast table. They are friendly, patience with every guests.The Thai hospitality totally reflected from this team. Hats off to them. Thank You.

This hotel is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The road might not look the best but please don’t judge too fast because it’s worth the staying. The rooms are minimalist style. The staff omg are so kind and friendly. They’re genuinely kind unlike some places you can tell they’re being fake nice to you. They speak English very well. Our booking included breakfast. It was delicious. Also, they have two cats!
