The room is okay for the price. The concierge cannot speak English well, at least the google translation works. There are parking in the basement. Room lock is the old style, TV is quite small. My 4th floor has a better view to the east. Quite peaceful hotel.

Nice rooms for 680 bht, but the bathroom had a lot of water stains in it eveb tough they clean it regularly. The cleaning ladies start early in the mornjng and listens to their music out loud, so if you plan to sleep a bit longer, forget about it even with earplugs. The staff speaks very little English. A small sandwich and instant coffee for breakfast is included in the price

Terrible! Lovely reception area, actually lovely looking room, BUT unless you pay extra for your room you don't even get a kettle! We had to request hair dryer from reception. There are no sandals for the wet room so very very slippy and dangerous to elderly patrons. The pillows are so high that one ends up with a neck ache next day. Breakfast is 50bt extra, but no good for us as vegetarians. Staff don't speak much English so you struggle to make yourself understood. Such a waste. We had better facilities in much cheaper accommodation and guest houses. Thai people are lovely, but don't seem to get the hospitality idea! Good location but avoid if you want even the basic requirements.

We stayed for week unfortunately due to prebooking. Rooms were tidy but dated. The reception staff can be friendly or unfriendly depending on the day it seemed. I told them the phone in our room didn't work, which didn't bother us, but every time they tried to reach us they would give us attitude because they couldn't reach us via the in room phone, so they had to send someone personally to the room. Then they'd tell us we didn't pick up the phone even though I told them after the first day the phone didn't work. Bathroom was in poor condition, mold in the tilings, and the shower curtain was held up by a thin wire. The "bidet" sprayer next to the toilet leaked water onto the floor so the bathroom floor was constantly wet. Bedding was old, and had parts stitched back together where it had been parted or stained and replaced. Breakfast was terrible, eggs, toast, everything was cold and clearly cooked well in advance. Rooftop salt pool seemed unclean and not well maintained, but it was nice to go up there and sun bathe. The wifi worked well, that was the only thing going for it really. That all said you get what you pay for, it was in a good location, on the edge of the old city. If you're fit, you can walk everywhere.
