Great place to stay. Hotel runs shuttle buses to the metro, which helps a lot. The rooms are clean and modern, and washing facilities are good. Breakfast service also helps when you are on a city break and want to get out bright and early. Staff are helpful and polite. Would highly recommend for the price.

Stayed at the hotel for two nights in August 2023. The rooms are small but clean and relatively quiet. The breakfast was not satisfactory. The juices were not fresh (came out of a machine and didn't even taste as orange or apple juice). The same with the coffee. It was of a very poor quality. We had to ask three times for bread and the worst is that there were flies all over the sweet pies!!!! When I asked them to cover the plates, they ignored me and when I mentioned it at the Reception, the employee pretended that he was going to do something about the insects but he didn't! I am not sure if he really understood what I told him, or if the staff is just not very eager to listen to the customers. Also, the couple that stayed at the room opposite mine, on the first floor told me that it was full of ants! The hotel is not near the major sites and there is no metro station near. You will have to move by taxi. The use of the swimming pool for the guests is not free and the cost is high. The day I visited the pool, it was not very clean. Finally, the prices at the restaurant are very high and even though I asked twice for the menu to check the options, both the waiters ignored me, so I had to get it on my own! Quite limited menu, so we had to dine at a restaurant nearby.

Could’ve been way better. The infrastructure is very very good, but I just don’t understand why do you treat people differently depending if they’re normal guests or if they lost a flight and the company booked them there. After all they’re all guests, treat them equally, same breakfast, same lunch, same kindness of the staff… If the company isn’t paying enough, then make them pay or stop accepting, but stop this separation between guests, because we (the clients) have no fault on it
