The owner is wonderful and friendly but I'm afraid the reception staff require some guidance upon how to treat guests. The grounds and gardens are very impressive and the new bar will add some glamour to this large victorian era hotel. The rooms are slightly dated but kept extremely clean. For the price point, it's a bargain and certainly the best hotel that I resided in for the money. I can imagine the owner has great plans in place because the new bar, which is currently awaiting a license from the immensely bureaucratic planning department, is a really wonderful addition. I wish the owner success in his project.

For the price this place is decent - a lot of the reviews are expecting luxury for what when I booked was the cheapest hotel in Rome! The room was spacious the view from the balcony was lovely and the shower was hot etc. Was it perfect? No, but considering the price I can overlook these small things - front desk was friendly and I can’t speak for the breakfast because if you’re in Rome why are you having a hotel breakfast? There’s plenty of really nice cafes within walking distance or a short hop on the tube with stunning views! Overall I highly recommend and will be returning next I’m in Rome :)

I wouldn't stay here again. There was constant construction, waking us up. The pool looked like skin soup (very dirty) and the service was poor. They did leave us a clothing dryer rack when we dried our laundry on the balcony (maybe a subtle hint?) but it was appreciated. The breakfast was ok but not great. For the price I suppose it wasn't bad, but there was mold and my daughter kept coughing.

hotel Parco Tirreno stole my money 255EU. Be careful for them. I was with my friend there from 27-30th October 2023. I payed before for the accomodation. They leave me to pay double time on departure at night again, because they have chaos in it. Now they confirmed me they know about it on 9th November after lots of calling and email writing. I gave them my IBAN. Until now, 20th November, I didn’t get my money back. They don’t take my call, they don’t answer on emails.... Really don't trust them. Very shameful behavior. Say it to other people and boycot this hotel. Thank You Tereza

The worst hotel I have ever stayed. This place can be mostly described as a youth hostel. The technical and artistic points:)) are very low. The room was very old furnished, the air condition was not working properly, house-keeping facility was very weak, breakfast was very poor and the only thing that could be a good opportunity "the semiolympic swimming pool" was closed although the weather was very hot (it was not indicated on the web page), the personel did not answer my e-mails before the trip and their English was very weak. The distance to metro or a market to buy something to drink or eat was not near. And many more things..Completely dissapointing. I missed my home during the entire stay. :))
