Beautiful hotel. Well situated with an amazing view of lake Thun. The room we stayed in was very spacious and clean. Good amenities. Wonderful staff. They really made our stay comfortable. Friendly and cosy bar and restaurant. Delicious cakes and tea are served in the afternoons at the Captain's bar. Great breakfast buffet. Fabulous spa and relaxation areas. We had an excellent 2-nights stay. Thanks to all the Belvédère staff. We hope to be back again.

The hotel amenities include air conditioning. In July, We booked three rooms. Two of three rooms did not have air conditioning in the middle of a heat wave. We complained to management and they told us to open our balcony doors and gave us fans. Our rooms were filled with bugs all over the ceiling and walls by the second day. In addition, they did not even have air conditioning in their gym. We requested the have a partial refund on our booking but they denied our request. When you advertise something that you do not have, that's what you call fraudulent claims.
