service perfect and all staff were super nice, especially the reception!! I would definitely come back and stay here Room super clean Hot water works well Warm and bright atmosphere Food tasted great! I had yogurt croissant and coffee nice staff:) I understand why the rating was so high. thank you for making the beginning of my trip in switzerland so welcoming👍

My husband and I stayed at the hotel from Oct. 8 to Oct. 14, 2023. We do have suggestions for the hotel to improve and make customers feel comfortable during their stays. First of all, if the hotel can provide a mini fridge and a fan in the each room since the hotel doesn't furnish with air conditioning. Secondly, if the hotel placed a tea kettle in each room, there would not be an incident that the housekeeper entered our room without invitation/permission. On Oct. 13, 2023, I went down to the receptionist to borrow the phone for a local call. I left our room door unlocked because my husband was still in bed and I didn't want to wake him up when I returned to our room. I borrowed the tea kettle from the lobby and forgot to put it back when I went down to the receptionist. The hotel housekeeper did knock at our door twice and my husband replied to her with an "hello!" She then push the door open and entered our room without invitation and permission. She should have waited till my husband opened the door. We felt her action invaded our privacy. Thirdly, during our stay, our room had mosquitoes. It was very uncomfortable while the room was so warm and there were mosquitoes in our room and we couldn't open our window/door. I hope the hotel can do some improvement. other than that, the hotel location was great. the train station is only 8 minutes away.

Amazing experience at this beautiful hotel. Jessie's service was amazing. Superb views , very conveniently located close to the train station, 5 minute walk to the train station and the lake. Definitely recommend. Delicious Omlette, Great staff.
