Great location, easy access to the center and to many places to visit. The room was really well taken care of and spacious, couldn't complain about the room nor room service, only the isolation of the apartment was not so good (room facing towards the street), noise from the street could be heard. Good breakfast included in the price. The staff was nice and helpful, but no prices (of tours, SIM...) were shown in reception and when asked, information was not clearly expressed, heard different information and prices from different staff members... Ended up paying more for services that were cheaper in other places (SIM card in this case).

The location is nice. The room has an classic style. We love the furniture very much. The first bigger room was a bit noisy because it is near the street. Also some facilities are broken such as the shower room is water leaking, and one window cannot be closed completely. The host kindly changed a room for us after we requested. The second smaller is much private then. All receptionists are nice. We give 5 stars for their kindness.

Very clean place with wonderful staff. Breakfast is varied and it all tastes great. Aynur and Kadriye are very friendly and helpful. They are the best! I recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to visit Istanbul.

It’s a lovely hotel! First of all the service is amazing, the people which are working there are very kind and helpful! The rooms are exactly like the photos, aesthetic, spacious and clean. As a location it is the ideal one, next to many important sightseeings, restaurants and stores. Little surprise, the gift when I did the check out. Next time in Istanbul, I will definitely come back here 🤍❤️😁
