Great location as you're pretty central to main attractions. Our room was really well cleaned and comfortable, and came with a decent size desk and even a sofa. Fairly noisy at night as there are lots of bars around but this seemed to be limited when closing the front facing windows. The only slight issue for us was early morning building work which started at 7:30am. Completely understandable that they need to crack on with maintenance, but some warning the day before would've been really appreciated rather than had been awoken from it.

Fairly comfortable for a budget hotel, good size rooms and about as clean as you can get in Cambodia. The air conditioning worked nicely in our room. It is an easy walk to most places from here and there are many food options. The street can be a bit seedy at night with people yelling at you to offer massages (Go to Poleak Spa, they are a legitimate and professional massage place, the others are scams and/or dodgy), overall fairly comfortable. Probably go elsewhere for breakfast. Normally I would leave a tip for the hotel staff or tip on my way out, they unfortunately tried the very common tactic of trying to charge us for items from the minibar that we never had. I never touch the minibar.

Was smoked out of my room with two children I booked two nights at hotel with three beds. A/C was inop the next morning and found neighbors in nearby rooms smoking for hours on the couch and chair directly on front of my window in the hallway and speaking loudly with each other. Asked them to please stop. The room was filled with cigarette smoke, but no fresh air or A/C. We needed to leave after that first night and go to a different hotel. No refund was offered for second night, and hotel was full. Will never go back.
