Vietnamese owned hotel or else it's popular among Vietnamese n its group tours. Facilities are mostly fine, small parking space for bike n car, perhaps 3 or 4 cars can accommodate here. Wifi though is pretty fast. On the downside would be slow running n no hot water n its breakfast service. If you live on higher floor, the water is slow n not warm enough. The breakfast is perhaps something you may want to escape if you don't mind. Kind of messy n dirty n food esp veggie is in bad condition like it's been in the fridge for some while. Overall, if you are on budget, not bad at all to stay for a short period of time.

A very relaxed hotel with good prices. Our room was good, comfortable and cool. The service here is great, everyone is kind and helpful. Only downside would be some stianed towels and the lamp would not work. Otherwise a great place to stay, close to interesting areas and sites.

We stayed four nights at Kririrom Crystal Hotel in Phnom Penh. Our room had no windows which made it very sad looking. The inventory of the room was not in best condition anymore (broken ventilation and no batteries in the safe) The breakfast was not acceptable in our eyes. We went for breakfast somewhere close to the hotel. All in all, I would not recommend the hotel, althought it has unused potential.

Things I liked: My room was right next to this balcony that had a pretty awesome view of the area. The view from the restaurant at the top floor was also awesome. Things I didn't like: The bathroom was small. The shower was literally right next to the toilet, so when you showered, the toilet got soaking wet and that's just kinda gross. There was only one elevator for the entire building. ONE elevator. That makes checking out from the hotel so difficult because you'd have to either wait forever for your turn, or just walk down the stairs. This problem pairs with the next problem. The restaurant was at the 13th floor. The elevator goes up only to the 12th floor. So you have to take the elevator to the 12th floor, then take the cramped stairway to the next floor while squeezing past people walking down, or just walk up the entire way from your floor to the 13th floor. Like 5 of the 6 clocks at the front desk had dead batteries.
