Good, clean, and well appointed rooms with good enough wifi. Normal sized rooms for Osaka. Can get busy so check-in can be a bit long.

I stayed in 817, the airconditioner was noisy, the fan cannot be adjusted to low. The air blows right to your face. The hotel space was very small, or typical Japanese hotel. The hotel was very clean and well maintained.

Excellent location beside Sakaisuji line of the subway. Has 711 in front, and dining options such as Mos burger, Yoshinoya, Ramen, Etc around it. Safe and clean, strong wifi and friendly staff. Has a sake bar in front, and also vending machines nearby. Walking distance to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori. Highly recommended!

My stay was extremely disappointing. Despite paying for a room with basic amenities, such as a cooling AC function, I was left feeling uncomfortable and frustrated throughout my stay. When I brought this issue to the attention of the receptionist, I was told to simply open the windows. Unfortunately, this did not provide any relief from the hot and humid weather outside. As a paying guest, I expected a basic level of comfort and care from the hotel staff. It is unacceptable that the hotel was unable or unwilling to provide a satisfactory solution to this issue. The lack of a cooling AC function not only made my stay uncomfortable but also disrupted my sleep and made it difficult to enjoy the other amenities the hotel had to offer. I would not recommend this hotel. The lack of attention to guests' basic needs and comfort suggests a lack of overall quality in the hotel's services. It is important for hotels to prioritize guest satisfaction and well-being, particularly when it comes to basic amenities such as temperature control.

The hotel has very very small rooms but very just right because we were away the whole day and after walking the whole day, the size doesnt matter because my feet ache like anything! And that is because it is near everything and there is just too mauch to take in and go to for the few days we were there! The service is okay, but they had what we needed. The location was good. Fridays thruloigh Sundays are low days. Monday is best for goong around. Everything is open til late at night. 11pm is max because train stations close, too. Walking and buses are your second choices to get home.
