As per other reviews, it is a converted apartment rather than a purpose built hotel but if you want a fairly close proximity to shinsaibashi but not all the lights and noises around you, this works out well for a stay for a night or two. The room itself is spacious enough compared to actual hotels, cleanliness is probably acceptable, deco is ok. I'd suggest to look at the photos uploaded by other reviewers, not just the hotel's own ones. Also there is a combini just around the block for a quick meal or anything else. There are coin operated washing machines and dryers, two each which should be more than sufficient for the number of rooms in the hotel. I booked a day before to stay close to shinsaibashi as something came up unexpected and needed a room. In that respect, it exceeded my expectations and if a similar situation arises, I'd stay here again. I can recommend this hotel for a budget conscious traveler who wants to be close to shinsaibashi.

Close to kintetsu line and airport bus, spacious room, great value stay. Wifi is fast, shower is strong, bedding is comfortable. Subway station is about 10mins walk while kintetsu is less than 5mins away. A few convenience stores nearby the hotel. Staff is usually in the office and not at the small reception, but do not hesitate to call them if you need anything.
