Nathan just delivered us an EXCEPTIONAL service at the reception – his attentiveness just made us get more excited about staying here. Great location and clean rooms. The staff were able to answer all our questions about the parks and surroundings. The restaurant has good service too. Would come back again; thank you, Nathan & team!

I don’t understand the negative reviews on this place. This hotel has incredible quality for such an economical price.The lobby is beautiful; it even has a restaurant there! They were not lying about the hot tub and pool There is even a basketball court and lounge! Some of the only problems are thin walls, meaning you can hear your neighbor’s TV and all that. The room service is good, it comes every day. The rooms are beautiful. It is so close to all the attractions like Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and Sea World, so it has excellent location. I love this place and I think it was worth coming.

I wish I had option for negative stars. I booked a room at this hotel for 3 nights but couldn't make it to the airport due to deadly weather conditions. First this hotel redirected me to Expedia, who told me they are talking with this hotel. But this hotel repeatedly denied to cancel my booking and charged me for 1 night. Even after knowing about the conditions which are not in my control, they declined the cancellation. The booking and cancellation was being attempted with 2 hours, because the airline decided not to fly. But still they denied the cancellation. This shows how inhumane and greedy this hotel is. Remember you are a human being doing business, not some AI or Robot. I highly discourage anyone from going to this hotel, who only cares about it's own money above humans.

Great location. Room is a bit dated but is perfectly fine. Only thing I didn't like was my room had a door into another room, so I could hear people's talking and their tv etc. I didn't want to make phone calls home early in the morning as it would have woke the other room occupants. Staff friendly and helpful. Parking was very handy. Pool was out of action due to upgrade work so can't comment on that.
