Booked a 2-night stay for our youth group for a weekend at Universal Studios and I could not say more about the friendliness and excellence of the staff! First off, full serve Starbucks coffee items made to order for you downstairs in lobby for breakfast. With a group of 14, the front desk host was incredibly knowledgable and helpful in accommodating our room needs. Breakfast was wonderful and they provide shuttle services from the hotel to the park! Thank you so much for a wonderful weekend!

Business trip. Great experience. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful.. beds were comfortable. Free breakfast was better than most. I can't say enough about how friendly and accommodating the staff was.

We were really happy with this hotel. The location is perfect. Next to the highway that takes you to Disney (only 10 miles away) and right across the entrance to Universal. The lady at the front desk was polite, kind and helpful. The room was another great surprise. Modern, spacious, had a fridge, microwave, and a sink. Last but not least, the breakfast was very good. Starbucks coffee, orange juice, toast, bagels, hush browns, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, hot links, pancakes, yogurt and fruit. All good quality. Definitely a great place to stay in Orlando.

The rooms are very clean and they even allow dogs which is great. Very disappointed by the breakfast it was just very bad. They had pancakes that looked like the kind you put in a microwave to defrost, eggs that looked like the kind that's ready to eat from a bottle. Not much as far as meat. And they only had half and half for creamer. Just completely disappointing. But what was the most disappointing and made me wish I booked somewhere else was the fact that you gave a key to my room to someone else staying In the hotel. I had random people trying to get access to my room and if I had not put the lock on my door they would have entered. This is above all else a safety issue especially when I was staying there by myself with just my dog. What if something had happened.

It was an okay hotel. I'm not too fond of them not automatically providing everyday housekeeping, you have to request it. The breakfast is hit and miss. There's a funky smell in the hallways with carpets on the floor. The front desk ladies were very nice and helpful. The rooms are spacious, except our restroom door hitting the toilet when opening and closing it. Overall decent hotel for the price.
