This is the ideal budget-friendly family getaway. The resort looks just like the photos, and all amenities are well-maintained/clean/accessible. Hands down our favourite hotel in Niagara, especially great for children aged 3-8 in my opinion. Olivia (front desk) was so wonderful and made our booking a breeze, she was also a helpful and friendly face throughout our stay. Can not recommend this hotel enough!

We arrived at the hotel quite late, the hotel staff, particularly Mike, ensured that our reservation remained intact. Mike’s professionalism and expertise made the check-in process remarkably smooth. Furthermore, he kindly upgraded our room to a jacuzzi suite, recognizing my Diamond membership. David's exceptional customer service and extensive knowledge were truly commendable. The hotel's convenient location allowed us to easily reach the main attractions within a few km. Our room was both spacious and impeccably clean, and we have no complaints whatsoever. We truly recommend this hotel for anyone wants to avoid the strip area and needs a quiet room.

We had a great family getaway with 2 courtyard rooms (adjoining). Spent lots of time enjoying the pool /courtyard area and playing cards in evening at one of many tables available. The hotel is very well kept and clean. Pool area was clean and lots of towels available. When there was a concern about our room location (booked through Expedia), the hotel staff were quick to offer a fix. Very helpful throughout our 2 night stay. We really liked the courtyard rooms as you could sit outside your room and enjoy the beautiful trees, plants and soft music. We did not have any noise issues mentioned in other reviews. (Everything closes at 10pm) . Also recommend the breakfast at the pub within the hotel. Looking forward to coming back soon!

We made a last minute booking to get away over the winter break and I am so glad we did. This was our first visit to BW Cairn Croft and I am sure we will be back again. If you are looking for a getaway with your family (and friends) that your kids will enjoy, this is the place to be. My kids 4 & 7 loved swimming in the pool, playing in the play structure, and checking out the arcade. The place was packed, very busy in the pool/hot tub, but it was entertaining to see so many kids have the best time. If you are looking for a quiet getaway, I would book during the week at an off season time (not winter/March break). A lot of large groups and families vacationing together. My only complaint would be the room/sleep situation. Our room was lower level courtyard (Room 113) and it was VERY noisey until 11pm or so. It’s such a high traffic area, I think upper level would be much nicer (as long as you don’t mind carrying your belongings up stairs). Our kiddos had a hard time falling asleep until things quieted down. I highly recommend a sound machine, and maybe even ear plugs. A few other tidbits… The beds were comfortable enough, and clean. The bathroom needs to be updated (it felt very cold and drafty). There is an amazing bar set up in the courtyard however, it is only open Friday & Saturday. That was a bit of a disappointment. I suggest you bring a drying rack for your towels/swim suits or bring loonies for the dryer. Or a few swimsuits to give more time for them to dry. Note that you pay $20 for each night you are booked. I thought it was a $20 flat fee. Double check on check in time, email confirmation told me 3pm but then I heard the front desk say it actually isn’t until 4pm. Not sure why there is a discrepancy there. Restaurant in the hotel is delicious, highly recommend. McDonald’s is also in the same parking lot. Great cheap night dinner option. 👍

My husband and I spent out 1 year wedding anniversary here. Loved everything about our stay. Staff was excellent, helpful and friendly. Pool area, lounge, bar and reaturant were great. The arcade looked fun however we didnt use it. Beds and room were clean and comfy. Location was perfect and very close to all attractions. I plan on bring my son here for a trip and will be staying here. He will love the pool and arcade.
