The unique view of the waterfall made me an unforgettable memory all day and night. All in all I recommend this hotel and anyone who wants to see a great view of the waterfall should go here. Our room was great and nice and warm. I just wish there was a toothbrush and disposable slippers in the room, which unfortunately I forgot to take with me. The buffet breakfast was on the floor of the restaurant, the breakfast’s food were all delicious and fresh, but the staff were uncoordinated and looked like they had just woken up and came with messy hair, completely different from the restaurant during dinner. They didn't even let us sit in the other part. Because we could see the waterfall there and it was empty. In fact, we did not expect it at all. I wrote my opinion about the restaurant during dinner in restaurant reviews. The pool was very clean, the water was pleasant. The jacuzzi was clean and warm. The equipment I used in the gym was all working and clean. I liked this hotel.

I chose Marriott Fall View Hotel for our wedding anniversary, enticed by the stunning view. The morning buffet staff, especially, made our experience delightful. Placed by a large window, the breakfast became a memorable affair. However, there's room for improvement in the promptness of the room service; requesting slippers resulted in a delayed response, requiring a follow-up.

I came here to spend time with my family for 3 days in Niagara falls. The hotel is nice and has a super nice view of the falls. The valet services were on point we did not have to wait long and activities were waking distance which made a huge impact to our stay and made it quite more enjoyable. The hotel room was clean and had lots of space for us and the bathrooms itself was very nice. I highly recommend a stay here to tourists as the view of the falls make your stay cozy.

Booked a river view room. When I got there they upgraded my room to a fallsview room. I was impressed. Room was great. Good quality furnishings and bathroom was upgraded. One issue is they don't talk about parking at the time I booked the room. When we got there I found out the price for self parking was $39 and if you wanted valet parking was $59. I would have liked to know that up front. Also it was a bit confusing because there are two Marriott hotels across the road from each other. Otherwise it was great.

A great place to stay. There are many things you need to know in no particular order: 1) The falls get foggy during the colder seasons so you might book a once in a lifetime view room and see nothing but haze. 2) The hotel is the closest to the falls but furthest from the touristy/busy area. It’s about a 15 minute walk to that part of the town. 3) To get to the falls from this hotel, you have to either take the “red bridge” connected to the building next door (which was closed when we went) or walk down by crossing streets to the little funicular. Otherwise you have to walk down to the aforementioned touristy part and then backtrack as it is a hill. Around 20 minutes walk one way. 4) Self-service parking is in the lot attached to the other Marriott across the street. If it gets full then you have to go to the overflow parking lot behind that. Parking seems to fill up so you’re paying $39/night for potentially up to 1-2 blocks away. 5) The valets refuse to let you leave the car in front of the hotel even to just quickly check in or drop off the bags. “You cannot leave the car unattended.” 6) The Starbucks will take Starbucks app payments but you cannot redeem points. Like the other Starbucks in the area, prices are about 30-50% higher. A clean and upscale hotel but with its tradeoffs.
