A nice hotel a bit far from the city center but close to two metro stations, on a side street with restaurants, pizza restaurants and close to the famous amusement park Prater. Our room was small but clean, quiet and with all the amenities. Breakfast was good enough, a good variety of cold cut and warm products, even smoked salmon and sparkling wine on some days. Not great cakes though and the room was small and needs some updating.

The rooms were clean, the staff friendly. The Location is great you can walk a few minutes to the prater or the next tube station. The breakfast was modernate but you had everything you needed. Only thing I didn't like was the noise of the ventilator in the bathroom it was quite loud and some TV channels didn't work. All in all it was a great stay.

Great hotel, nice rooms and friendly staff. The Underground is just 5 mins away and multiple restaurants and cafes around the area. It's a bit far from the train station takes about 12 mins on foot and the road leading to it looked a bit deserted especially at night. Overall great hotel and location. Just a few mins in the underground to reach the center. Recommended.

Not recommended. On the first night, I noticed that the radiators and AC were not functioning. As we were too tired to address the issue and thought it might be temporary, we did not inform the agent at the reservation desk. The problem persisted the second night, and the room was extremely cold. We contacted the desk agent from our room, who informed us that nothing could be done as technicians were unavailable, and offered us blankets. Unwilling to risk illness from the cold, I requested another room. The agent said he would call back in 10 minutes, but after 20 minutes without a response, I called again. He then offered two rooms, one on the 8th floor and another on the 7th. I chose the 8th-floor room, received the key, and packed our belongings. However, the key did not work. This happened at 1 am, and we were sleepy and tired. After returning to the desk and having the key reset, it still did not work. We then took the 7th-floor room. It was neither cold nor warm, but the flusher was broken and leaking water. We were too tired to handle further issues. Total disappointment.

Amazing and attentive staff! Although the housekeeping staff didn’t speak English that perfect, the receptionists were able to help. There is a small bar next to the reception for a quick drink. The room was a little broken. Window didn’t close well and the door to the bathroom was a little heavy because it was getting stuck. But due to the staff, room price and overall experience, I’ll still give it a 5 star rating.
