I absolutely love this hotel. The room we had was massive. The room was clean. The staff are very friendly. I had the best night sleeps as the bed is so comfortable. The location wow you can't beat the location. You come out the hotel and you are right there in all the centre. There Is so much public transport here we didn't even get a cab we got the bus here from the airport. All in all i am more than happy with this hotel. Thanks Had the best time. 😊

I had a great stay here. I was in the smaller twin room but it was more than enough and very cozy. The place is clean, safe, and in a great location. The front desk staff were extremely nice. I would definitely stay again!

We got a room on the 10th floor. When we were about to fall asleep, we started to hear a really loud fan noise. We called the attendant and he gave us ear plugs. Even with the ear plugs we can hear the noise and we had problems falling asleep. when we asked if we can change rooms the attendant said that they were fully booked. Hotel makes fan noises so loud that people cannot fall asleep even with ear plugs on?! STAY AWAY!!!

Hotel was very nice. Rooms were bigger than a typical European hotel. Messadi at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. Always had a recommendation when we didn't know where to go. They did not tidy up the rooms just folded the comforters and changed towels. Didn't even replace the glasses that we used. Or even the extra toilet paper that rotated in. And the wifi constantly dropped us. The name did change without notice. It is now Elaya. That was confusing.

Terrible experience in my entire life. I am not sure the other rooms, but please stay away from room #101 or #102. It is on the top floor and very noisy. I think there is a motor on the rooftop and the noise and vibration are worse. It was running the whole night and I had to wear a noise canceling headphone with earplugs. But I can't stop the vibrations and can't stop the noise completely. I requested changing the room, but the staff told me the rooms were sold out. He suggested that LISTEN TO A CLASSIC OR ROCK MUSIC to reduce the noise while I fall asleep. he would be better not to say that. I lost my words. The noise and vibration started after the roar sound at 9 pm. and reduced at 6 am. The video is not the loudest one.
