Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms are very beautiful and comfortable, very clean and tidy with everyday cleaning services by their housekeeping staff which were very nice and polite. There is coffee, milk, tea, sugar and water available in each room together with an espresso machine and a thermo pot which were refilled daily. Clean towels were replaced daily and the bathroom was perfectly clean each day. I was very satisfied with the cleanliness of the whole room. Something i loved i lot was the gym that is available on the fifth floor with decent amount of gym equipment. There is also a nice sauna which is available to use upon a reservation. There is an outdoor pool which was beautiful and clean with open space area for sunbathing and chilling. The breakfast was pretty much same every day but it was all freshly made with good taste, good quality and plenty of choice. The waiters at the restaurant were very proactive and professional. I enjoyed my stay there and i would definitely like to go there again for any future stays.

This hotel is the hotel we always stay at when we come to Cyprus. It is a very nice hotel with nice, clean rooms which even have a small kitchen. It has a really good swimming pool outside and a giant gym and spa in the top floor the restaurant and room service is excellent and the bar makes magnificent drinks. In all for the things it has the price is very low but our last stay came to cost us much more than what we expected. During the night a thief came and stole all the clothes from the people in the first floor balconies (including us). We had many pieces of clothes that were put to dry including several pairs of shoes that were all stolen. Of course it is not the hotel’s fault that a thief came (although they could have put up a sign saying not to put stuff in the first floor balconies during the night considering how low they are) but the real problem was how the hotel responded to this. When we went down to the receptionists they were completely impassive and didn’t care as if we just told them there was an ant on the floor. We came down several times and they just told us to wait, never even apologized or anything. We felt as if the staff didn’t care about the fact that various hotel rooms had just been robbed. After a few days when we left the manager gave us back 1 free night which definitely does not compare financially and emotionally to what was stolen to us but the real issue was the carelessness of the staff. This is a shame as this is an excellent hotel but unfortunately the lack of manners that the staff have here can severely be improved. The only person who was ever nice to us was the barista. The manager was also very friendly and I understand it is not his fault for what happened but it would have really been good for the reception staff to have somewhat of empathy. I am very sorry for this experience I have had and hope that next year if we go there this does not happen again. Kind regards.

Stayed here 2 days, and the entire time the whole facility reeked of sewage. Staff was extremely rude and did not care about the quality of our stay. The dinner in the “orange restaurant” was low quality and they neglect to mention that just looking at the menu is an instant €15 per person in ADDITION to the cost of food. So 3 people with 1 drink each was €70 for the equivalent of microwave food. Got a bottle of water from the bar that was literally just filled with tap water and recapped. Breakfast was mediocre. Not terrible, not great. Their milk is watered down to extend it further into the day. My family agrees this is a 2/10 stay.
