We had a pretty good experience here and would consider coming back. +: • Right next to Finikoudes beach with a lot of stores and restaurant’s. You technically go outside and you are there. • Comfortable beds • Big apartment with balcony • Nice reception and workers • overall clean room • Massage available on the hotel -: • Cold rooms (but we did not use air condition so it was partly our fault) • Not soundproof, I barely got any sleep the two nights we were there due to people shouting and partying outdoor plus cars driving very fast • The shower leaked a little while showering • Furniture a little worn down and the tv did not work in our room Overall it is much better than I expected so I was happy with our stay.

Located on the seafront. Near the bus station and right opposite the bus stop for long distance buses. We had a huge room with a great view. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds. We were really satisfied with our stay

The most dirtiest, smelliest place I have ever stayed at. Ants all over the kitchen table. Filthy hobs for cooking. Stains all over sheets and they don’t provide a duvet. Sticky dirty floor in the whole apartment. Very old furniture, broken lights, black mould in sinks. Air conditioning leaking and pooling outside on balcony, rotten walls. They threaten to charge you if you don’t turn off all electricity every time you leave the apartment. Ridiculous. Strong burnt smells coming from the restaurant outside.

We stayed for 2 days at the beginning of September. The apartments are very spacious and chic. The decoration is amazing, with great frames and wardrobes. Also, the beds were very comfortable, and the apartment was absolutely clean. The staff is very kind, friendly, and professional One of my favourites was the view from the terrace, you can see the sunrise, the sunset, the nightlife and all the interesting shows happening at the beach. Also, the location is perfect. There are so many restaurants, cafés and shops nearby, you don't need a car. The bus station is exactly on the opposite. The whole location is filled with life and fun activities. In my opinion, these apartments are perfect for when you are visiting larnaca.
