This is a nice, clean hotel, we stayed for 1 night with family. The staff (Reception) was helpful and took time and explained about breakfast time and other things related to the hotel. We had selected two queen beds room; the room looked new and had good space. The hotel location is also good, it is located near to restaurants, highway, and medical center; they serve good breakfast with multiple options. The area of improvement that I would recommend the bathroom in the rooms should have a latch (Able to close) this is a not a hotel issue but best western design issue all Plus hotels have same. Overall, a pleasant stay will sure stay next time in this hotel and recommend to family/friends.

Staff development is needed. Neither the night attendant or the morning attendant left their seat behind a plexiglass shield and compute to engage with guests. The night person hardly communicated. This is a service industry and the “human” contact should be much improved. Room was a great value at only $109/night and the beds and sheets were the best we had in 3 properties over 7 nights. Some great new features in a newly opened facility. At the time of our stay it displayed “NOW OPEN”. The trendy decor and modern fixtures were okay, but overall it was not memorable, (except for pictures I took for this review). Far better than the Holiday Inn we visited days before. Give it a shot if you want comfort, value and a no frills in your stay. Morning buffet was ample and fresh. Loved my TX shaped Belgian waffle.

Staff here is PHENOMENAL! Everyone is so friendly, helpful and attentive. Breakfast is good, hot food hot, crispy food is crispy, etc. Room is comfortable, good layout, bed is comfortable (a bit firm for my taste but still comfortable). There is a Tesla destination charger. We didn't try out the pool but looks like fun and relaxing. Hotel is in a nice quiet area as well but still near conveniences.

The hotel could be great, but it has big shortcomings. The good: clean rooms, complete breakfast. The very bad: The bathroom in the room does not have a closing door! It has a sliding door without lock and it does not close completely. There is no privacy in the gointo the bathroom. Of you want a little privacy you have to go tje lobby's public bathroom. The staff in the front desk is rude and unwelcoming.
