Bathtub was rusty and moldy. Staff was very friendly. Just needs an update on cleaning and Maitenance. If you don’t mind sleeping on the floor you’ll love the bed. Definitely not a plush bed. Hard as a rock. Downgrading my review even more. Got in the shower had no body wash the whole container was empty. Tried to call the front desk to try and get some nobody would answer the phone. So I still didn’t get my body wash refilled in the shower. After saying something about it. They didn’t give me more coffee to make housekeeping staff definitely needs some work as well

The rooms are clean and sufficient, although a little small, but no big deal. Be prepared to bring your own pool towels if you want to go for a swim as they, “don’t have pool towels” or at least that is what I was told when I asked for some for myself and two kids. There were also only 3 bathroom towels in our room which has a capacity for 4 guests, which is what we had. When I asked for towels for our room the front desk was not very friendly about it and seemed annoyed that I was even asking.

Management/corporate needs to step in and do their job. It’s clear to me the employees are trying their best but are not being provided what they need. I’ve stayed here twice and if it weren’t for the wonderful staff it would definitely be my last. When I first came, the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest and had other peoples hair (amongst other mystery particles) all over the bathroom floor. I was also at that time only provided shampoo and lotion but no conditioner. This stay, it took over 30 min to check in because the front desk gal was stuck in the phone with an unpleased customer and had no help. Once I finally got to my room desperate for a shower, lo and behold, I had a conditioner, two lotions, but no shampoo. Went back to the front desk and got more help from other guests than the management. The person (who didn’t even work for the actual hotel) that was trying to help me get shampoo searched for 15 min and was unable to find a shampoo for me but offered to give me one from the suite he managed. Another guest also offered to give me their shampoo, all whilst holiday inn employees didn’t even offer an apology let alone help. DO BETTER!! You have good employees doing their best but with what appears to be no support and lack of supplies.

Stayed for 1 night while driving through and I’m glad it was only 1 night. The staff to start with was friendly and prompt. The room was visually appealing however the TV was very outdated and the fridge didn’t work correctly. Visited the bar and the Bar tender was friendly and accommodating, however the bar itself needs a major update and the chairs have no center under the cushion so you feel like you’re falling through them. Overall for a newer looking hotel, a lot of it feels old and in bad shape. The elevators desperately need to be serviced as one is jerky and both are exceptionally slow for only being 4 floors. The location of the hotel is the most annoying part as you have to drive through businesses to get to it. Truly the only redeeming quality is the cheap price of the stay from the IHG app.
