This is a well-appointed 4-star hotel at a prime location for those who need to go around Rome: right next to Roma Termini (the main hub for all public transport in and beyond Rome). Where the facilities are good, it is the staff that makes this hotel shine. Special mention goes to the ladies who manage the breakfast in the morning and the restaurant and bar in the evening: they define Hospitality with a capital H.

My wife and I just finished 10 wonderful days in Italy. We stayed all 10 nights at the Royal Santina. The staff was most welcoming and took care of every need! Our room was excellent. In the lounge, Federica was warm and friendly and really mixed fantastic drinks!! Thank you so much!!

Very very close to Roma Termini with regular tourist buses and buses to Rome airport Fiumicino available right opposite the hotel. Maybe tariff is a bit expensive but tourist season and location of hotel takes care. Staff is very amiable and courteous. Rooms are small but have all amenities. The bathroom is very clean and spacious.

BW of Santina was a reasonable stay for me and my spouse. Great location. The rooms were cleaned daily and the staff were courteous, which were the hotels best attributes. However, the king bed is made up of a set of twin beds that was easy to get trapped in the middle of and very uncomfortable. We were in non smoking rooms, but could smell cigarette smoke nightly. Access to public transportation is very accessible at this location. Which leads me to restless nights with conversation and traffic noise if you’re on the lower lever with street access.

This is my second stay at BW Royal Santina. The hotel is right next to the Roma Termini and highly convenient. The room I had was not very spacious but it had a mini fridge. It was also very quiet in the room given that the hotel is right next to a busy street. The breakfast vouchers given for being a BW elite member was a nice touch. The breakfast spread had a good variety which you rarely get to see in most hotels in Europe. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I recommend having a complete safety kit in case guests ask for band aids etc. I had a small cut and desperately needed one at check out, but unfortunately the FD did not have any. A special thanks to the host at the restaurant the mornings I was there for being courteous. A hotel worth staying in.
