The hotel was nice enough, but more suited to families and those with children. I understand new year is a popular time, but the breakfast was so so busy and not enough staff. The NYE dinner we decided not to go to as it was too expensive- 2 million Dong each including drinks package, the countdown party then additional money. The cleaners also didn’t do a very good job and would appear at random times, not taking our rubbish either or cups. The bar food on the beach was very expensive and all served cold (hot food). Need better English speaking workers in a resort hotel. I think there would be better 5 star hotels on the island.

Pros: Very close to the beach, nice large pools. Large hotel with night market right next to the hotel. Negative: Beach by the hotel is not as clean as the pictures shows. Which is a shame since we booked it because it had a private beach. Me and my boyfriend stayed at the hotel for 7 nights. The rest of our party stayed there for 3 nights and 2 nights respectively. None of the rooms were cleaned properly daily. Had to leave a note for the cleaning staff to clean the floor and change sheets. They didn’t throw our empty bottles, used cups or provided us with new clean glasses during the whole trip. The cleaner who cleaned the room above us was dragging tables and chairs for more than an hours in the morning. And then they continued with the room next to us. I emailed the reception regarding the poor cleaning and noises. We didn't get a response during the whole trip. We slept with the same sheets for 7 nights. Note that the bed is sandy as we were at the beach every day, even though we showered every day. The breakfast was ok, nothing that stands out despite the 5-star hotel. At check-out, we were never asked if we enjoyed our stay. I also had to pay extra for water. None of the other rooms had to do that. Service didn't stand out either.

Excellent stay, perfect for your journey towards gentle healing and spending quiet reflective days by the pool. They have plenty of sunbeds for free, and you can help yourself to the beach towels without charge. There's even a swim up pool bar and a lazy river pool. Rent a float and enjoy the sunny days! Breakfast spread is very generous and good variety. Plenty of cable channels for TV viewing. Showers are amazing, comfy pillows and bed.

I didn't like air conditioning system, it was very difficult to set comfort mode. It's not like usual AC remote control, so it was difficult to use it. On the other side, each rooms has its own system, so it's nice that every person can choose comfort temperature. Also I didn't like the balcony. You can't enjoy the sunset because you look at metal bars of your balcony. I like the shades on the windows, they don't let the sun go into the room, so nice! The Internet wasn't stable. It was very difficult to have video calls. I don't like the location, the beach is very shallow and water in the sea is not clean. I like the swimming pool here, it was very long like a river! There are not enough umbrellas by the swimming pool. Sometimes, we couldn't find an umbrella with chairs for us near this pool.

(I am not sure this kind of review is okay, but I want to post my good experience there.) Actually I stayed at the Villas, but I'd like to thank the hotel staffs. I really appreciated their help when my daughter collapsed and blacked out at the beach. The workers at the beach gave us ice, water and a chair, and called a hotel clinic doctor. They cared for us until the doctor came. The doctor took us to the clinic by a buggy car, and checked my daughter's condition. At the moment I was panicked, they did everything necessary for me and my daughter. I really appreciated it. Without their help, my holiday would have been a nightmare. Thank you again.
