An absolutely stunning resort, where every detail has been carefully considered, resulting in a truly remarkable stay. We loved every aspect of it, from the gorgeous public spaces which have a true sense of serenity and grandeur, to the beautiful suites, amazing spa, gym, and pools, pristine beach, incredible kids club, and superb restaurants (we tried all of them and they were all fantastic). But what really makes this place so special is the warm hospitality and service shown by every member of staff- hats off to the GM Sririam, who clearly leads by example, and made the effort every day to get to know the guests and ensure their experience is exceptional. (Special shout out to Kevin for looking after us so well at breakfast every day!) If you are even remotely considering this place, just book it - you will not be disappointed. We immediately planned a repeat visit whilst still there! Be warned though, this place will ruin you forever - it sets the benchmark so high, that it makes finding other holidays that can live up to this extraordinary experience very difficult!

First of all, I have to admit I cannot say enough good things about my stay at Regent Phu Quoc. The hotel provides me with the one-of-its-kind experience as a valued customer. I can tell that all the staff I met during my stay were truly friendly and willing to help whenever there was a request. They are not only more than professional but also genuinely caring personality-wise. I would like to specifically extend my gratitude and appreciation to the Regent Club team, who offered the best service I have ever received so far. They were extremely into details and always thought ahead to surprise me with the best service. Without any exaggeration, their service was flawless. Everyone I met there was perfect. If you would like to make your experience more memorable here, please do not to hesitate to choose Regent Club.

We stayed at the Regent for our Honeymoon and it was one of the best decisions we made. Upon arrival we decided to upgrade to a sky pool villa which cost extra but it was worth it. The villa was spacious and well designed. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The private pool made us feel like we were in our own little paradise for the few days we were there. The spread at the breakfast buffet was amazing with options for every taste bud. The private beach is another plus! The hotel provided us with rental bikes which we were grateful for and used to get around the big resort. We can’t wait to come back.

Spent some days at the Regent as a family (with a small baby). After having stayed at other hotels on the island and many luxury hotels across the world, I believe that the Regent is in a class of its own. The rooms are incredible, beautifully designed and extremely well thought through. The restaurants, the pool, the beach and the spa are all outstanding. But what makes it so exceptional are all the small details like outstanding staff (waiters knowing your name), complimentary snacks /mini bar, garment care and bathrobes and slippers for the baby (by the way the kids club is incredible). Bruno, the head of food and beverages took a lot of time to give us more background on the hotel and even showed us around personally - that’s exceptional client service! Probably the best resort we have ever stayed at and definitely worth the premium pricing compared to other hotels on the island.
