We really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately the 1 star guests made it extremely unpleasant. I’m talking about kids visibly using the pool as a urinal and tourists hacking and spitting into the pool right in front of staff while they did nothing about it. It was disgusting. The staff at restaurants seemed to be on their phones more than serving customers which was a shame. The lines at breakfast were also a little ridiculous and poorly managed. Outside of that, the room was 5 star, the breakfast spread was impressive, the beach was very clean and the housekeeping staff did a wonderful job! The tennis courts and shuttle to the airport are a nice addition. All restaurants accept the Accor dining discount. The food at Mad Cow was decent. Some simple changes could improve this resort quite a lot.

My overall stay was very good from the time checking in to the hotel. There are a few areas for improvements: 1. Breakfast tends to be very busy around 9:30am, hotel can do a better job to direct the guests or refill the food to make it more organized. 2. Upon my check out I was a bit disappointed that the front desk staff asked me to pay for the mini bar. I was told at the check in the the mini bar is free for me to consume and will be refilled once a day. I am not sure if this is the benefit for all the guests or just platinum members. Regardless, the front desk staff was quite inexperienced or lack of training and asked me to pay for the mini bar consumption. I asked him to double check and then he came back saying there is no need to pay. This is a bit unprofessional and would ruin customer experience. 3. They are quite generous to ALL Platinum members as you can get free drinks (non alcohol) from all the hotel venues from 11am to 11pm, and alcohol drinks from 6 to 8pm with finger foods. I think this is a very generous offer from this Pullman hotel.

As a returning guest at this hotel I always enjoy y my staying and I really feel "home away from home". Restaurants and bars are very good, food and drinks are delicious and staff is very friendly and helpful. They remember guests and their preferences. Rooms are big and spacious and the beach is very well maintained, like all the premises. Great value for money.

We wanted to thank * An and the whole staff in the morning dinning staff for helping prepare such delicious and healthy complete breakfasts every day! * Xuan (also known as Spring) as the person to arrange and support with almost anything we wanted and needed. * Khung (front desk) for being so kind and easy to check out with Overall our stay was amazing but could have been better with a nice bed. From the room, service, breakfast, pool (which is amazing), beach is so gorgeous, and the location (close to downtown and the airport) - there were so many comforts and reasons to love this resort. The bed was lousy - hard, flat, uncomfortable and we were quite honestly shocked that it was so poor. The staff did provide a topper but it was a simple one and just not enough. Each night we did not look forward to the bed and, unfortunately, that wore on us. If they had an option for a comfortable bed then we would rate this as one of the best resorts we've stayed at and would have given 5 stars.
