Just pure excellence and perfection. Modern, quiet, well equipped rooms with good level of service and cleaning. Perfect bed and pillow, nice and supportive. There is even a pillow menu so you can choose your own. Room 303 was excellent. TV with all smart functions enabled, fridge, safe and comfortable AC (cool, heat and fan functions, if you need). Quality breakfast too. Had a problem with dirty blanket, but the staff changed it right away with a smile. Very friendly staff at reception, especially Hernan! Would recommend this to anyone.

Amazing location. Lovely staff - Claudia checked us in and out, gave us a map and good recommendations for places to eat! Stayed in 207 and the room was spacious, clean and bed was soooo comfy! Breakfast was simple but good - could be improved by more than one staff member being on the floor to clean whilst also restock food. Only other complaint would be the holder for the shower was a bit broken but we didn’t complain as everything else was perfect. Amazing value for price and would stay again

Comfortable hotel, budget friendly, in a great location. Great breakfast (free) comfortable beds , efficient showers, air con, and excellent concierge. This was a return visit.

This hotel was perfect!! Location is amazing, short walk to harbour and beach, in the centre so not too far for shopping. Staff were very lovely and helpful and spoke perfect English. Room was lovely and clean, had air con. Mattress was so so comfortable. Breakfast was good, there was lots of choice. Ice cream shop next door was icing on the cake, coming back to hotel at midnight and grabbing ice cream! Yum!! 12 check out was also a bonus. Only slight con was that when bars and resturants closed (around 1am) there was lots of noise like glass bottles being thrown and bins moved, didn't last long but worth noting. All in all I highly recommend this hotel, if we ever return this is where I would want to book!!
