Booked twin room for 3 nights and asked for confirmation about bed size (80 or 90 cm wide) before booking. I was assured they were 90 wide. They were not! Very helpful your lady in reception quickly sorted another room for us. Great location, clean room, great breakfast and very pleasant reception staff. Will be back but not booking a twin room!

The staff are really friendly and they keep the place very clean! Especially the front entry! Super clean, you don’t see any slushy snow at all! The location is great, very close to Hötorget station and lots restaurants around! It’s also very quiet at night, very easy to sleep! I booked single bed which is perfect for one person, no need for a bigger room! The heated floor is amazing! Especially in the winter! It’s a bless! Breakfast is really good! They’ve lot selection and staff make sure food are nice and full! I really enjoying my stay!

Central location, fair room with all amenities. Amazing floor heating in the bathroom. Breakfast is ok. There’s a selection of croissant and bread, muesli, yogurt, cookies and cooked food (sausage, bacon, beans, scrambled eggs, hashed browns, pancakes). Nothing amazing, just ok. The room we had was small, but had everything we needed. The highlight is really the floor heating in the bathroom. Just for that it’s worth it. Quite central and it was well isolated from noise.

Very good location and decently priced, Birka hotel stands to be a slightly disappointing but convenient place. We got a room for two people. We're friends, not partners, but we were only given a single 1 person bed to sleep on. I opted to sleep on the floor the second night. Also the elevator is a bit sketchy, but at least the breakfast was a good typical hotel breakfast. Cold drink choices included water, apple, and orange juice.
