Don’t know we’re all the good reviews came from. But there were lots of things that was really not good. The location is good if you want to live near the monuments, only 5 minutes walk. The breakfast was ok. Coffee not so good. The beds and pillows were very hard. After 3 nights I really missed my own bed. The biggest disappointment was the staff in the reception. The first morning they wanted to sell tourist trips around Istanbul. It was like a sales pitch. When we were leaving we asked for a taxi to the airport. They told us 30£. At the evening we wanted to book the taxi and they said 50£ and cash only. We asked if the taxi bill could be charged on our room they said no. No credit card? Then he changed is mind and said 40£, but I was not interested any more. Hotel should be a trusted place advising the clients, not trying to sell tourist trips and scamming on taxi fairs!

This hotel was lovely. The room was clean, and comfortable. The service was exceptional from the moment we arrived, until we left. The breakfast was great, and the staff here are amazing. The location is very close to Haiga Sophia, Topkapi, and Sultanahmet Mosque. Easy walking distance to several restaurants and lovely views. We would stay again.

We stayed a week at the hotel while we were on a family vacation. Staff was very helpful, kind, and welcoming. The rooms were clean and spacious. The location is excellent (3mins to the blue mosque...and many other tourist attractions). The best part about our stay at Biz Cevahir was the Turkish breakfast. Really nicely done 👌🏽. Looking forward to coming back next year.

Beautiful, nicely renovated and clean hotel. Washrooms are sparkling clean. Reception is very kind and helpful. Breakfast is simple but all you need to start your day. The area is very secure. A small grocery store is just behind the corner if you need to buy some water. Would definitely come back. Just a note: this is an area of the city where taxi can’t go. Our taxi dropped us off a couple of blocks down, which is 5 mins walk.

Excellent hotel! The staff are so kind and always go out of their way to help by providing service that aren't even in the package. The breakfast was lovely, always hot and fresh. The rooms are lovely and clean, flooring which I prefer as more hygienic over carpet and it was cleaned lovely every day. Excellent location, 2 minutes and you are at the Blue Mosque / Hagia Sofia.
