It is a nice hotel in a good spot (easily accessible in the centre by foot). The rooms are spacious and the bed was really good to sleep on. The breakfast was also amazing. However, where they extremely fell short was the service part. We came here to basically just sleep over for a company party. Firstly we had huge issues regarding the early check-in since our party timing was tricky. We tried to explain to the hotel that we don't really need to get the rooms, just the keys. They said it couldn't happen, and if we wanted to check-in early we needed to pay extra 30€. But, the reception works 0-24, so if we came late it would also work - so they claimed. We explained we might come more late than usual (since there was a party), so they were aware of that. When we arrived around 3 am, the receptionist there was extremely impolite, asking us why we didn't show earlier (even though it was communicated). He also claimed he almost sold our rooms to someone else (which we ridiculed extensively). The next day during check-out, the receptionists (they were quite nice) had troubles, because for some reason we were marked as a "no-show". So service was less than average (just because of that one unprofessional worker). Rest was good. Based on my experience, I doubt I would come back there for that price.

Great location of the hotel, just a short walk from the city centre. Renovated (superior) rooms are equipped with minibar, coffee maker and comfortable bed. On-site parking is available. Gym could be considered for slight renovation to keep up with modern standards.

The hotel is super clean everywhere. Staff are very friendly as well. I highly recommend this place if you travel to Graz. One more thing, the breakfast quality and options here is impressive!! I love the breakfast!

Hi, after my flight was cancelled it was not nice to find out it was not possible to eat in the hotel. While it had already been a long day and early rise for the next flight, I didn't eat at all. The breakfast package I asked for I got, but just some baloney on dry bread was also somewhat disappointing, together with an orange, which of coarse cannot be eaten in an airport or plane because you need a knife which is not allowed.
